Job Title Create a nice lawn from a 30x30m field Castlemaine

Detailed description of the works 30m x 30m square of ground. Previously a farming field for grazing cows but not been used for about 2 yrs now so the grass has got scrubby. In good condition other than that, eg good soil, not wet. Main part of the job is that it would have to be leveled - there is approx a 3 foot fall of ground over the 30mtr length. Finally its a clean plot of ground to work with apart from a septic tank (approx 10x5ft area of cement at ground level). I imagine the grass may need to be scraped /burned off, then the plot would have to be leveled before preparing the soil. Im after a pretty nice job (golf course style) - im willing to put in the relentless maintenance afterwards :) Only someone with experience in making a lawn please.
